Pre-Orders
Some items are available for pre-order while stock is being prepared with the designer. Pre-orders require an additional 2–4 weeks before entering our standard delivery pipeline.

Customs & Duties
Prices are shown in SGD. Singapore GST may be collected at the border by the courier on orders over S$400 CIF; orders below that threshold clear without extra charges.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your parcel from Vietnam to your door.
International shipments sometimes have gaps in tracking updates during transit — this is normal. If it's been longer than the estimated delivery window, get in touch via the help centre and we'll look into it.
